I tried out bottle feeding this morning.  He's been cluster feeding these last few days, Ellen is incredibly tired, I feel a bit inadequate, and it's time to start the pumping process.  Add all those things together, and it adds up to me feeding the boy.  We were messy and a bit uncoordinated, but I got him fed, burped (he didn't burp but I went through the motions), and he slept right away.  Good times

I remember trying to figure it all out...both times! You don't get much smarter as you get older. Sounds like you are learning his ways quickly. Fun to feed him, isn't it. You are being a really good and helpful Dad. Proud of you. Old Mom
