Here's our attempt at yakitori.  Twas very good, but a bit salty in the end.  Check the Recipes section to see a few other pics of the grilling process as well as the full recipe

Looks really good!smilies/tongue.gif Maybe we will be there when it is not too windy, cold or dry to use the grill. We are still waiting for a "Taste of New Mexico Hermanson Style". smilies/wink.gif
